This Privacy Policy explains how Rigo Cabinets Inc.’s internal QuickBooks integration accesses and uses information.
The integration may access company information, customers, vendors, invoices, bills, payments, reports, and other accounting data made available through QuickBooks Online. It may also process authorization information required to maintain the QuickBooks connection.
Information is used only for Rigo Cabinets Inc.’s internal accounting, reporting, administrative, and operational purposes.
We do not sell or rent QuickBooks data. Information is accessible only to authorized Rigo personnel and service providers required to operate the integration, including Intuit.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. The integration does not store users’ QuickBooks passwords.
Authorization information and other data are retained only as needed for business operations, legal obligations, and recordkeeping requirements. When the integration is disconnected or no longer required, access credentials and unnecessary stored data will be deleted or revoked, subject to applicable record-retention requirements.
